Stonebarn 20g Black Truffle In Jar

Enjoy our 20g Stonebarn Whole Black Winter Truffle preserved in this delicate glass jar. It is packaged in a shelf-stable glass container for fast & easy use while staying true to the taste and fragrance of black winter Perigord truffles. 

To ensure maximum flavour of your Stonebarn truffle, remove the truffle from the juice and place it on an absorbent paper towel, pat it gently to absorb any juice still on the truffle. Once dry, thinly slice the truffle with a microplane, peeler or even a knife. Add the slices to a dish in the final stages of the cooking process. Add to pasta, pizza and pen cai (treasure pot).
